Effectively analyzes and evaluates evidence, arguments, claims and beliefs
In the beginning I had trouble directing the group with their arguments and what they had troubles with. After a while me and the group had a good conversation about what was going on with the project till now and how we can improve everything.

I have always been a really empathetic person, so I do not find it hard to see and understand other people their beliefs and emotions
Knows when it's appropriate to listen and when to speak
And also responds open-mindedly to different ideas. I value and incorporate them in my own learning.
I often do know when I should speak and when I should be silent, but I find it hard to keep silent. Especially when people are not responding, or explaining things correctly/in the way I should have done. This makes that I often want to talk and that is not good in comparison with my group members.
Furthermore, I believe I should respond more open-minded to the different ideas that my group members are giving me. I value those opinions a lot and I should incorporate them more in my own learning.

I really want to express my own ideas and opinions as clear as possible. When I talk I often use non-verbal hand movements to emphasize my statements and words. This is what you can clearly see in this picture:

When I am communicating through WhatsApp (Right picture) or E-mail (left picture) I want to give a clear message and idea of what I mean.

Listens effectively and understands the message and acts upon it
When someone is communicating with me, I should try to let them finish their opinion. Often I want to interrupt them to voice my own opinion, and that is a bad quality. I noticed my team members found this less-pleasant, in the feedback they have given me, and I want to act upon it to improve myself.
