I Act responsible and put the interests of the larger community first and/or with the lager community in mind
I always feel responsible when something has to be delivered, but are not finished with the end result. When that happens, I often discard my personal deliveries and responsibilities to take care of the 'larger community'. I asked my best friend about this and this is what he had to say:

Although, when I voice my opinion I have troubles with accepting the ideas of the 'larger community' and actually want to put my own ideas first. That is something I should improve.
